On 08/10/2014, EY Vietnam held a press conference to announce the result of EY award ceremony – bravery of Vietnamese entrepreneurs of the year 2014.

The award was presided by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and co-organized by EY Vietnam to honor outstanding entrepreneurs representing for the bravery of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the integration process.

The vote was taken place for 9 months with six applied criteria including entrepreneur spirit, financial ability, strategic vision, innovation, impact to community, international businesses scale and straightforwardness in terms of the economy, culture and society.

As a result, five outstanding entrepreneurs representing for straightforwardness spirit and innovation of entrepreneurs – people with strategic vision, capacity of turning aspirations into reality and contribution to society with good values have been honored such as:

- Madam Phạm Thị Việt Nga – General Director of DHG Pharmaceutical Joint-stock Company
- Mr. Phan Quoc Cong – General Director of International Consumer Products Corporation (ICP)
- Mr. Huynh Quang Dau – Chairman of An Giang Fruit-Vegetables & Foodstuff Join Stock Company (ANTESCO)
- Mr. Nguyen Trong Khang – Chairman and General director of MK Technology Group
- Mr. Le Phuoc Vu – Chairman of the management board of Hoa Sen Group
“We believe that this is a special award for Vietnamese entrepreneurs meeting the expectations of the entrepreneurs of an award with international stature and high quality” – Mr. Tran Dinh Cuong – General Director of EY Vietnam said.
