On November 22, at the annual forum on corporate governance taking place in Hanoi, the Vietnam Institute of Board of Directors (VIOD) honored DHG Pharma  Joint Stock Company (DHG Pharma) with the title “Board Diversity”.

VIOD recognizes and honors Boards of Directors (BODs) that achieve outstanding achievements in accordance with strict evaluation criteria, surpassing more than 500 Boards of Directors of other listed companies in the Vietnamese market. This system of criteria evaluates the most effective performance of the Board of Directors through: the supervisory role of protecting the interests of shareholders, creating value for stakeholders and complying with effective corporate governance principles, contributing contribute to sustainable development and combat climate change.

The award Board Diversity from VIOD is a recognition of the continuous efforts of DHG Pharma's Board of Directors in terms of efficiency, gender balance, generational diversity, diversity of skills, and personality balance independence. These characteristics demonstrate the outstanding structure of the Board of Directors of DHG Pharma and contribute significantly to the growth and success of the company.

Currently, the DHG Pharma Board of Directors consists of 7 members who are senior leaders of reputable domestic and foreign companies with high expertise in business, management, human resources, ... and are dedicated to sustainable development strategies  sustainability of DHG Pharma with a commitment to bring harmonious benefits to stakeholders.

VIOD is a professional organization that aims to raise awareness and contribute to promoting the application of good corporate governance standards and practices in Vietnamese businesses. VIOD was officially established within the framework of the Vietnam Corporate Governance Initiative (VCGI) with technical support from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Swiss Federal Bureau of Economic Affairs (SECO). VIOD operates in close cooperation with the State Securities Commission (SSC), Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and Ministries/Departments /Central Sector.
