DHG Pharma Joins Hands with the Community Through Tet Visit and Greetings in Can Tho

On the afternoon of February 10, the Board of Management (BOM) and the grassroots trade union of Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DHG Pharma) organized a visit and extended Tet greetings to the Can Tho Center for the Care of the Elderly and Orphans and the Can Tho Social Work Center. The activity carried strong humanitarian significance, demonstrating DHG Pharma’s spirit of sharing, social responsibility, and care for vulnerable groups in the community, especially in the warm atmosphere of the early days of the Lunar New Year.

Attending the visit were Mr. Toshifumi Kojima – the CEO of DHG Pharma, Mr. Osamu Fujimori - the COO of DHG Pharma, along with representatives of the grassroots trade union. At the visited locations, the delegation directly inquired about the health and daily living conditions of the elderly and children being cared for, while also listening to the centers’ staff members as they shared updates on their caregiving work as well as the difficulties they continue to face during operations.

On this occasion, DHG Pharma presented practical Tet gifts to support daily living needs and conveyed best wishes for a peaceful and healthy new year to the elderly, the children, and the dedicated staff who work day and night to care for those under social protection. Although the gifts may not have been of great material value, they reflected DHG Pharma’s sincere concern and heartfelt compassion, contributing to a warm and joyful spring atmosphere.

It is known that since the beginning of the year, DHG Pharma has actively accompanied and implemented various social welfare programs in Can Tho and other provinces and cities. Notable activities include the “Tet for the Militia 2026” program, new year medical check-ups and free medicine distribution for local residents, and initiatives in collaboration with the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin. In the coming time, DHG Pharma will continue coordinating with the Can Tho Department of Health in meaningful activities, especially its participation in the celebration of the 71st anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors’ Day (February 27).

Through its regular community healthcare and social welfare initiatives, DHG Pharma not only reaffirms its role as a leading pharmaceutical company committed to the mission of protecting public health, but also demonstrates its sustainable development commitment by placing people at the center and spreading positive humanitarian values throughout society.
