  • Driving and operating machinery

    The drug does not affect the ability to drive, use machines, work at high places, and other cases.

  • CAREFUL

    Do not use more than the recommended dose.

    The concomitant use with other antitussives such as codeine or dextromethorphan is not recommended unless medical advice is given.

    Caution is recommended to patients with gastritis or gastric ulcer. 

    If the symptoms worsen or last more than 7 days, it is recommended to consult your doctor.

    This product should not be used in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose, galactose malabsorption, sucrase/isomaltase deficiency.

    This product is used with caution diabetes patients.

  • PREGNANT AND LACTATING WOMEN

    Safety in pregnant women and nursing mothers has not been identified, so the drug is only given to pregnant women and nursing mothers with doctor's direction and prescription.

  • UNWANTED EFFECTS

    Allergic reactions (urticaria, skin rash, dyspnea) and gastrointestinal reactions (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) have been reported.
    The frequency of undesirable effects has not been determined.
    Immediately tell your doctor of undesired effects encountered during the treatment.

  • OVERDOSE AND TREATMENT

    Overdose symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
    In case of overdose, immediately contact a doctor or hospital for proper treatment.

  • STORAGE CONDITIONS

    Store in dry places, not exceeding 300C, protect from light.

    24 months from the manufacturing date.
  • Warnings and notes when using

    As other preparations of natural origin, COZZ IVY contains the active substance extracted from plants, so its color can sometimes be changed. However, this does not affect the efficacy of the drug.

  • Drug interactions and incompatibilities

    Interactions with other drugs have not found; so concomitant use with other drugs is safe.

  • Indication

    Acute respiratory tract infections accompanied with cough.
    Symptomatic treatment of chronic bronchitis pathologies.

  • Contraindicated

    Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug.

  • DOSAGE AND HOW TO USE

    Newborn babies and infants (1 - 5 years old): 2.5 ml x 3 times per day.

    School-age children (6 - 9 years old) and adolescents (> 10 years old): 5 ml x 3 times per day.

    Adults: 5 to 7.5 ml x 3 times per day.

    The duration of the treatment depends on seriousness of the symptoms, by administering at least for one week, even if only mild respiratory infections.

    To ensure a successful treatment, the drug should be given more 2 - 3 days after disappearing symptoms.

    If symptoms, including difficulty in breathing, fever, purulent or bloody expectorations persist and occur, it is recommended to contact immediately your doctor.
